Kevin Bru close to Ipswich Town extension?

Midfielder Kevin Bru is reportedly close to signing a new contract with Championship side Ipswich Town until the summer of 2018.

Kevin Bru is reportedly on the verge of extending his contract with Ipswich Town.

The Mauritian arrived at Portman Road following a successful trial period during the summer.

Back then he signed a deal with the Championship club until the end of the season, but manager Mick McCarthy is keen to tie the 26-year-old down until the summer of 2018, according to Foot Mercato.

Bru is yet to score from any of his 20 appearances in all competitions this season.
