Ipswich Town boss Gary O'Neil faces a major selection decision at centre-forward between Liam Delap and Emersonn ahead of Saturday's fixture against Hull City.
Although Emersonn has not scored in four consecutive matches, O'Neil could persist with the attacker from the off to lead the line in East Yorkshire.
Unlike the Tigers, Ipswich have three players who have scored more than once this term, with Zian Flemming, Emersonn and Leif Davis netting twice apiece heading into gameweek nine.
Flemming, in particular, has scored both goals away from home, including a strike against Manchester City in gameweek seven, continuing his remarkable travelling form in the top flight after netting eight of his 11 strikes for Burnley in 2025-26 on the road.
The away side have a relatively healthy squad, with only Jack Taylor definitely ruled out, while Sasa Lukic will be assessed due to a groin issue before Saturday's match.
Assuming Lukic is not risked from the start, Exequiel Palacios and Florentino Luis are expected to anchor the engine room in the centre of the park.
They will provide a solid platform for Abdul Fatawu, Julio Enciso and Jaden Philogene to operate as an inventive creative trio in the final third.
Further back, Kassoum Ouattara, Dara O'Shea, Issa Diop and Davis will form a robust four-man rearguard tasked with protecting goalkeeper Christian Walton between the sticks.
