Ipswich Town announce Stephen Hunt arrival on short-term deal

Ipswich Town have announced that midfielder Stephen Hunt has joined the club on a short-term deal.

The 32-year-old, who began training with the Championship outfit in September, has been looking for a club since leaving League One outfit Wolverhampton Wanderers in the summer.

The midfielder has been rewarded with a contract at Portman Road until January after impressing manager Mick McCarthy during training.

Hunt is available to compete in tomorrow's league clash against Blackpool.
