Sol Campbell has reportedly emerged as a leading candidate to fill the vacant managerial post at Ipswich Town.
The former England defender will undergo an interview at Portman Road in the coming weeks, according to The Telegraph.
Campbell has coaching experience with the Trinidad and Tobago national team but is yet to undertake a full-time management role.
The ex-Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal centre-back was recently linked with Grimsby Town and Oxford United, although he landed neither job.
The reports linking him with Ipswich come amid rumours that Harry Redknapp has registered his interest in succeeding Mick McCarthy at the Championship club.
