Leandro Damiao hints at summer exit

Internacional striker Leandro Damiao has hinted that he could leave Brazil at the end of the season.

The 22-year-old has been linked with a host of European clubs following his impressive performances in recent years, with Tottenham Hotspur understood to be the favourites.

"I can't say much, it depends on Internacional too. Of course my wish is to stay, but there comes a time when you need to go, but I don't know whether it is that time. If an offer arrives, then we will decide," he told reporters.

Damiao has five Brazilian caps to his name.
