Inter Milan enter Carlos Tevez race

Inter Milan are ready to battle with city rivals AC Milan for the signature of Carlos Tevez, according to Corriere dello Sport.

AC have held discussions with officials from Manchester City regarding the transfer of the Argentina international, but as yet no agreement has been reached.

That has alerted Inter coach Claudio Ranieri, who is said to be keen on bolstering his attacking options.

The Nerazzurri are believed to be willing to offer £20m to take Tevez away from the Etihad Stadium.
