Team News: George Puscas starts for Inter Milan against Parma

Inter Milan manager Roberto Mancini has handed teenager George Puscas his full debut for the club in today's Serie A match against Parma.

The 18-year-old has made three appearances from the bench for the Nerazzurri this season, but he starts for the first time and will play up front alongside Rodrigo Palacio.

Xherdan Shaqiri is also in the starting lineup, while recent signing Felipe is drafted into the defence.

Meanwhile, Silvestre Varela, Ishak Belfodil and Massimo Coda will start in the attack for the visitors, who have lost seven of their previous nine league matches.
