Preview: Inter Milan vs. Sassuolo

Sports Mole previews the Serie A clash between Inter Milan and Sassuolo.

Inter Milan will be without defender Nemanja Vidic for the visit of Sassuolo on Sunday afternoon.

The former Manchester United centre-back will miss the game after being sent off on his Serie A debut against Torino, and Hugo Campagnaro is in contention to replace him in the centre of defence.

Striker Pablo Osvaldo, who is on a season-long loan from Southampton, could be included as coach Walter Mazzarri looks for an extra threat in attack for their opening fixture at the San Siro.

After narrowly avoiding relegation last season, Sassuolo began their second campaign in Italy's top flight with a 1-1 draw with Cagliari.

It was a credible performance from Eusebio Di Francesco's side, who will be hoping that they fare better against Inter than last year after conceding eight without reply over their two meetings.
