Inter Milan 2-2 Rubin Kazan

Inter Milan avoided a home defeat at the hands of Rubin Kazan thanks to a stoppage-time equaliser from Yuto Nagatomo this evening.

The Russian side got off to a flier in the San Siro when Aleksandr Ryazantsev reacted quickest to Bebras Natcho's missed penalty to convert the rebound.

Inter were level before half-time when Marko Livaja latched onto a cross from Esteban Cambiasso from close range.

Rubin thought that they had secured a famous win when summer signing Jose Rondon beat Andrea Ranocchia for pace and slotted home eight minutes from time.

As the match drew to a close Andrea Stramaccioni's blushes were spared by a brilliant finish from Nagatomo, who volleyed home Diego Milito's cross in the second minute of injury time.

The draw continues a run which has seen neither Milan side manage to win a match at home in the early weeks of the season.
