Qarabag FK, Inter Milan ends goalless

Inter Milan and Qarabag FK have played out a goalless draw in their final Europa League group-stage match this evening.

Rene Krhin threatened early on for the visitors, but he sent his effort just wide of the post.

Both teams struggled to create chances after the break, but in the final 10 minutes Pablo Osvaldo and Bonazzoli forced saves from Ibrahim Sehic.

Deep into stoppage time Richard Almeida de Oliveira had the ball in the net for Qarabag, but his effort was ruled out for offside.

It prove to be their last chance as the game finished without a goal, meaning that Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk qualified alongside Inter Milan after earning a 1-0 win over Saint-Etienne.
