Sone Aluko: 'We do not fear the big teams'

Sone Aluko insists that Hull City do not need to fear their difficult fixture list as they bid to avoid relegation.

Sone Aluko has insisted that Hull City have nothing to fear ahead of a difficult run of fixtures which will decide whether they are in the Premier League next season.

The Tigers will take on Liverpool, Arsenal, Tottenham and Manchester United during the final six games of a disappointing campaign, but Aluko believes that picking up points against those sides is possible if they get back to their best.

"We're not fearful of anyone in this league," the forward told reporters. "We've shown we can take points off any of the big teams.

"It's when we don't perform that it's frustrating. Sometimes we lose games for ourselves, rather than teams beating us.

"We know we've got good players and if we play to our potential we will stay up. We just have to keep believing."

Hull currently sit one place and two points above the relegation zone.
