Hull 'to offer Bruce new long-term contract'

Hull City owners Assem and Ehab Allam are reportedly keen to offer manager Steve Bruce a new long-term contract.

Bruce, who has guided the Tigers to their record Premier League points haul and an FA Cup final this term, is currently on a one-year rolling deal.

The Allams are planning to open talks with the 53-year-old with a view to securing his services for at least the next three years, The Mirror reports.

Hull need only a point from this weekend's visit to Aston Villa to guarantee Premier League survival.
