Fulham target Swansea City's Scott Sinclair

Fulham are reportedly ready to make a move for Swansea City winger Scott Sinclair.

The Cottagers could swoop for the 22-year-old in January, according to The Mirror.

Sinclair has 18 months left on his current deal at the Liberty Stadium.

Manager Martin Jol sees the former Chelsea player as a possible replacement for Moussa Dembele, who has been linked with a move to Tottenham Hotspur.
