Fulham 'in talks to sign Jordan Ayew'

Fulham have reportedly begun talks with Swansea City over a possible deal to sign Jordan Ayew this summer.

Ayew was the Swans' top scorer last season with 11 goals across all competitions, including seven in the Premier League as the South Wales outfit suffered relegation from the top flight.

However, the 26-year-old could yet remain in the Premier League next season, with Sky Sports News reporting that newly-promoted Fulham have made an £8m bid for the Ghana international.

Ayew has been linked with a number of clubs since the end of the campaign and is expected to leave the Liberty Stadium along with the likes of Lukasz Fabianski and Alfie Mawson this summer.

Fulham could face competition for his signature from Scottish champions Celtic, though, with Brendan Rodgers thought to hold a serious interest in Ayew.
