Fulham close to Andre-Pierre Gignac loan

Fulham are reportedly close to signing Marseille forward Andre-Pierre Gignac on loan in January.

The two clubs are thought to have agreed a deal that will take the 26-year-old to Craven Cottage until the end of the season, according to talkSPORT.

The Cottagers will then have the option of buying Gignac.

Manager Martin Jol is looking to bolster his attacking ranks after Bobby Zamora and Andrew Johnson were linked with moves away from the Premier League side.
