Team News: Dempsey, Ruiz in attack for Fulham

Clint Dempsey and Bryan Ruiz start in attack for Fulham against West Bromwich Albion as the Cottagers begin life without Bobby Zamora.

The striker moved to Queens Park Rangers on Tuesday after four years at Craven Cottage.
