Preview: Fulham vs. Cardiff City

Fulham take on Cardiff City on Saturday in the Premier League.

Fulham host Cardiff City on Saturday afternoon looking for their first Premier League win of the season since the opening day against Sunderland.

They will have been boosted by their comeback win against Everton in the League Cup and will want to begin to make Craven Cottage a fortress once more.

Cardiff are yet to win away from home in their first season in the top flight and were beaten last time in the League Cup by West Ham United.

In terms of personnel, Martin Jol has a number of injury concerns still lingering. Goalkeeper Maarten Stekelenburg, left-back Matthew Briggs and winger Ashkan Dejagah are all out of the clash, while Aaron Hughes and Bryan Ruiz face late fitness tests.

For Cardiff, Andreas Cornelius remains the only absentee and there are no suspensions to deal with, which means Malky Mackay could name the same lineup that played against Tottenham Hotspur.
