Sascha Riether to see specialist

Fulham defender Sascha Riether will travel to Germany this week to see a specialist over the hamstring injury that he picked up during Saturday's defeat at Queens Park Rangers.

The 29-year-old was forced off at half time as the Cottagers were beaten 2-1 by their West London neighbours at Loftus Road.

He will now have the problem assessed in his home country to determine the extent of the damage.

Riether is currently on a season-long loan deal at Craven Cottage from FC Koln.
