Shahid Khan delighted with Fulham takeover

New Fulham owner Shahid Khan has expressed his delight following his successful takeover of the Premier League club.

The American billionaire, whose portfolio includes NFL franchise the Jacksonville Jaguars, bought out Mohamed Al-Fayed on Friday night.

"It's an incredible feeling," Khan told Sky Sports News. "It's a great day for me and hopefully the fans. It's a very special club for me at a perfect time."

Fulham's squad is currently in Costa Rica on their pre-season tour.
