Exeter staying patient over Will Hoskins

Exeter City boss Paul Tisdale has insisted that the club will not rush into a decision over whether to sign triallist Will Hoskins.

The striker has been with the League Two outfit for the past two weeks, but he has not featured in any of their pre-season games.

Hoskins, 29, was released by Oxford United at the end of last season.

"Will was out for a while and this is a process where there's no rush on our part or his part. We'll take longer over him," Tisdale told BBC Sport. "He's not in full training yet and no decision has been made. We both came into it knowing the facts."

Hoskins's former clubs include Watford, Nottingham Forest and Brighton & Hove Albion.
