Everton defender Phil Jagielka has said that his side's draw with Manchester City and their last-minute equaliser against West Ham United could change their season.
Everton sit 12th in the Premier League table and have won just two of their last 10 games, but the England centre-back believes that the back-to-back draws could be the turning point that they need.
He told reporters: "A point [against City] was a decent result. It stops the rot but we still know we have to go out and win games and get ourselves in a better league position.
"A draw against the champions was never going to be a bad result but the manner of getting back into the game against West Ham on Tuesday and the manner in which we performed and kept on going against City will make them really important going forward."
Everton travel to West Ham on Tuesday for their FA Cup third-round replay.
