Football Association chairman David Bernstein has praised the work that Roy Hodgson has done during his brief stint as manager of England.
Previous bosses have been criticised for a strict manner during major tournaments.
However, Bernstein believes that Hodgson has created a relaxed atmosphere at England's current base in Krakow.
"Any manager will do things differently," he told Sky Sports News. "It is a little more relaxed but he is a very focused person. You don't get his success in management without being very focused and extremely professional.
"There is a good easy feel about the place and I think the players respond to it. We had a quiz night last night which was real fun.
"It is the sort of background you want to get the maximum out of the players when they get on the pitch."
Hodgson was appointed the Three Lions manager last month.
