Doncaster sign Giles Barnes on six-month contract

Doncaster Rovers have signed Giles Barnes on a six-month contract.

The 22-year-old was released by West Brom last season after he made 14 appearances for the Midlands club.

Former England Under-19 international Barnes made his name during his four years at Derby County, making 82 appearances at Pride Park and scoring 10 goals.

He then spent just one season with the Baggies before being released from the club.
