Reported Leicester City transfer target Jamie Ward has been offered a new contract by Derby County, according to The Mirror.
The midfielder has impressed at Pride Park since joining the club on an initial deal from Sheffield United in February 2011.
That form has reportedly attracted the interest of Leicester, but Derby boss Nigel Clough is keen to keep hold of the 25-year-old.
Ward has found the net on three occasions this season.
