Czech Republic ease past Kazakhstan in Euro 2016 qualifying

The Czech Republic have maintained their 100% start to Euro 2016 qualifying with a comfortable 4-2 win away to Kazakhstan.

Pavel Vrba's team took the lead on 14 minutes when Borek Dockal found the bottom corner with a precise effort from 25 yards.

The Czechs then doubled their advantage on the stroke of half time as David Lafata tapped home from close range after Pavel Kaderabek had hooked a cross back into the heart of the Kazakh penalty area.

A successful night for the away side got even better with 56 minutes played when Ladislav Krejci volleyed in from Dockal's deep cross to make it 3-0.

Kazakhstan pulled a goal back on 84 minutes through Jurij Logvinenko's opportunistic strike, but the Czechs restored their three-goal lead soon after thanks to substitute Tomas Necid's turn and finish inside the box.

Logvinenko scored his second of the match in stoppage time with a header from a corner, though it was not enough to stop the hosts slumping to a second defeat in three games.
