Crystal Palace manager Tony Pulis has expressed his concern at the upcoming international break in the middle of a busy period in the Premier League.
Pulis has steered the Eagles away from the relegation zone since arriving at the club in November, but the 56-year-old has said that the upcoming international break will affect all top-flight sides.
"I'm not pleased that we are playing late Sunday," he is quoted as saying by Eurosport. "Then the lads go off to play on Wednesday and then come back to play Saturday.
"I don't think that is what we need at the present moment, but it isn't just this football club. It is every football club where managers will be concerned about their players."
A number of international friendlies will be played in midweek, with England hosting Denmark at England on Wednesday evening.
