Yohan Cabaye "not mad" regarding Joe Kinnear 'Kebab' comment

Yohan Cabaye reveals that he is "not mad" about former Newcastle United Director of Football once calling him Yohan 'Kebab', labelling the incident "funny".

Crystal Palace midfielder Yohan Cabaye has insisted he is "not mad" about Joe Kinnear once calling him Yohan 'Kebab'.

According to a report, the French international also revealed that the former Newcastle United director of football never apologised about the incident during Cabaye's time with the Magpies.

"I only ever saw him a few months later when I left for Paris Saint-Germain. That was the only time. He did not apologise, but that was OK. I was not mad. It was funny for me."

29-year-old Cabaye joined Crystal Palace, who open their Premier League campaign against Norwich on Saturday, from Paris Saint-Germain this summer.
