Chelsea have reportedly offered Willian to Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain as they move a step closer to completing a deal for Pedro.
It was reported on Wednesday that Chelsea had won the race to sign Pedro after the Barcelona forward had been repeatedly linked with a switch to Manchester United in recent weeks.
Pedro is likely to immediately become a key member in Jose Mourinho's side, and that could limit the opportunities on offer to Willian, who has been a regular since arriving at Stamford Bridge in 2013.
According to Foot Mercato, Bayern and PSG have been contacted about buying the Brazilian before the end of the summer transfer window.
Willian has started both of Chelsea's Premier League games this season.
