Report: Chelsea line up Danny Rose move

Chelsea reportedly line up a £10m bid for Tottenham Hotspur left-back Danny Rose.

Chelsea are reportedly lining up a summer move for Tottenham Hotspur defender Danny Rose.

The left-back, who is also said to be attracting the interest of Manchester City, has been a mainstay of the Spurs backline this term, making 31 appearances for Mauricio Pochettino's side.

However, the Premier League leaders are ready to rival the champions with a bid of around £10m, according to Tuttomercatoweb.

Cesar Azpilicueta has established himself as Jose Mourinho's first-choice left-back since the Portuguese's return in 2013, but understudy Filipe Luis has failed to convince since his £15m switch from Atletico Madrid last summer.

Mourinho's men host Manchester United on Saturday evening.
