Nagelsmann denies talks over Antonio Rudiger move

Bayern Munich manager Julian Nagelsmann has said that the German club are not in talks to sign Chelsea defender Antonio Rudiger.

The reigning Bundesliga champions have been linked with a free transfer for the centre-back, who is out of contract at Stamford Bridge next summer.

Juventus and Real Madrid are also said to be interested in offering Rudiger a pre-contract deal in January.

Nagelsmann said in a press conference on Thursday: "I haven't spoken to [Bayern sporting director] Brazzo [Salihamidzic] about it and if I did, I wouldn't tell you either.

"I just read that in the media as well. I'll have to see when the contract expires and then I'll see if I still have money in my wallet."

German international Rudiger has made 156 appearances for Chelsea since signing from Roma in 2017.
