Wigan Athletic's Victor Moses to make Chelsea switch?

Victor Moses will complete his move to Chelsea this week, according to reports.

The Wigan Athletic winger has been a target for the Blues all summer and will finally sign this week after Latics owner Dave Whelan agreed a fee worth up to £9m, according to The Mirror.

It is understood Moses's former club Crystal Palace will be due as much as £2m.

Moses could make his debut against Wigan, as Chelsea begin their new Premier League at the DW Stadium on August 18.
