Lille attempting to sign Chelsea youngster Tariq Lamptey?

Lille reportedly offer Chelsea youngster Tariq Lamptey the opportunity to pen a pre-contract agreement ahead of a switch in the summer.

Lille have reportedly offered a contract to Chelsea youngster Tariq Lamptey, who is free to hold discussions with foreign clubs.

While Lamptey has recently been provided with opportunities in the Chelsea first team, the academy graduate has less than six months remaining on his deal with the Blues.

The 19-year-old is currently assessing his options ahead of making a decision regarding the next stage of his career.

However, according to the Daily Mail, the right-back is wanted by Lille, who wish to put an agreement in place for the summer.

Despite making three appearances for the West Londoners in recent weeks, the report suggests that Lamptey is keen on a switch to the French side.

The England Under-20 international currently finds himself behind Cesar Azpilicueta and Reece James in the pecking order.
