Sao Paulo have reportedly rejected a £19m bid from Inter Milan for midfielder Lucas Moura.
The Brazilian has long been admired by Chelsea, who are believed to be lining up a bid once they have completed the signing of Eden Hazard.
Lucas's agent recently stated that the 19-year-old would like to remain in Brazil until after the 2014 World Cup.
However, Sao Paulo could be tempted to sell should their £30m valuation be matched.
The Nerazzurri are believed to fancy their chances of landing Lucas despite their opening offer being declined.
