Eden Hazard's father Thierry has tried to distance his son from transfer rumours by insisting that the playmaker is "completely focused" on Chelsea.
The Belgium international has struggled to make the same impact that earned him the PFA Player of the Year award last season as he has only managed to score one goal in 26 games.
There have been reports that Hazard intends to leave Chelsea at the end of the season and that Paris Saint-Germain, Real Madrid and Manchester United are all interested.
However, the footballer's father has played down the rumours by telling Het Nieuwsblad: "Eden is completely focused on Chelsea. Even with Chelsea he still has ambition. Winning a title might be hard, but finishing in the top three is still possible.
"Eden now has two injuries in quick succession. I am convinced that his current groin injury related to the hip injury he sustained earlier this season. These injuries happen because he plays a lot of games."
Chelsea have picked up just 23 points from 20 Premier League games, which has left them 14th in the table.
