Report: Chelsea to let Mohamed Salah join Roma on permanent deal only

Chelsea will let winger Mohamed Salah join Roma this month, but only if the Giallorossi sign him permanently at the end of the season, according to reports.

Chelsea are willing to let winger Mohamed Salah join Roma this month, but only if the Giallorossi commit to signing him permanently at the end of the season, according to reports.

The Egyptian has been linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge in the current transfer window after failing to secure a regular place in the team under Jose Mourinho.

According to ESPN, the Blues are demanding a fee in the region of £750,000 for an initial six-month loan spell, with an obligation to pay another £10.6m in the summer.

Turkish club Besiktas have also been linked with Salah.
