Chelsea tracking PSV Eindhoven youngster Mohamed Ihattaren?

Chelsea will reportedly keep a close eye on PSV Eindhoven youngster Mohamed Ihattaren ahead of the next summer transfer window.

The 17-year-old forward has been a revelation for the Eredivisie side so far this season, scoring one goal and claiming three assists in seven appearances.

Ihattaren, who represents the Netherlands at Under-19 level, is contracted at PSV until 2022.

According to Calcio Mercato, Chelsea are closely monitoring the midfielder ahead of making a bid in next summer's transfer window.

Unless the club produces a successful appeal, Chelsea cannot make any transfers until June 2020 due to a ban which was imposed earlier this year.
