Chelsea told to pay £30m for Shakhtar Donetsk ace Alex Teixeira?

A report claims that Shakhtar Donetsk want at least £30m from Chelsea if they are to sell Europe's top-scoring striker Alex Teixeira.

Chelsea have reportedly been told that they will have to hand over at least £30m if they are to land Shakhtar Donetsk star Alex Teixeira.

The 25-year-old recently claimed that a move to the Blues is in the pipeline, having been the subject of a failed bid in the past.

According to The Express, however, Chelsea will only be able to tempt Shakhtar into selling their star asset if his lofty valuation is met in full.

Teixeira, who is Europe's top scorer with 19 strikes in 13 Ukrainian top-flight games, would not be able to feature for the West London outfit in the Champions League this term should he join.
