Chelsea 'putting finishing touches to Hudson-Odoi deal'

Chelsea youngster Callum Hudson-Odoi is reportedly on the brink of signing a new deal at Stamford Bridge.

The attacker made his comeback from an Achilles injury on Friday night as he appeared for Chelsea's Under-23 side, playing 60 minutes in the 2-1 win over Brighton & Hove Albion Under-23s.

Hudson-Odoi will see his current contract with the Blues expire at the end of the 2019-20 campaign, and Bayern Munich are still believed to have an interest in the England international.

According to The Telegraph, though, the 18-year-old has already agreed a new five-year contract worth over £100,000 a week, and the Blues are simply now 'putting the finishing touches' on the deal.

Hudson-Odoi, who has been with Chelsea since the age of six, scored five times and registered five assists in 24 appearances for his English club during the 2018-19 campaign.
