Chelsea are reportedly planning a bid for Everton midfielder Jack Rodwell.
Andre Villas-Boas is willing to offer £20m for the young England star, according to The Mirror.
Manchester United are also interested in Rodwell, but Chelsea could make a bid in the January transfer window.
Rodwell has recently forced his way into Fabio Capello's plans for Euro 2012 with impressive displays against Spain and Sweden.
