Chelsea 'in the mix for Sergej Milinkovic-Savic'

Chelsea are reportedly considering a summer move for Lazio midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic.

The 25-year-old was once believed to be a transfer target for both Manchester United and Real Madrid, although it is thought that both clubs have now dropped their interest in the Serbia international.

Milinkovic-Savic has been in impressive form for Lazio during the 2019-20 campaign, scoring five times and contributing seven assists in 31 appearances in all competitions.

According to FCInterNews, Chelsea are weighing up the possibility of moving for the powerful midfielder at the end of the 2019-20 campaign.

However, the report claims that Inter Milan are also interested in a potential deal.

Lazio will be in a strong position when it comes to any potential negotiations, though, as the Italian giants have Milinkovic-Savic on a contract until the summer of 2024.
