Chelsea face competition for Willian

Chelsea will reportedly battle it out with a number of European clubs over the summer to land Shakhtar Donetsk's attacking midfielder Willian.

The Blues are thought to have had a £16m bid for the Brazilian rejected in January.

However, the player's agent has claimed that a number of European clubs are now chasing the 23-year-old.

"There are three English, two Spanish and three or four Italian clubs following him," Paulo Affonso told Calciomercatoweb.

Willian joined Shakhtar from Corinthians in 2007.
