Agent: 'Marco van Ginkel future uncertain'

The agent of Marco van Ginkel has admitted that the Vitesse Arnhem midfielder's future is uncertain.

The 20-year-old Dutch international has been heavily linked with a move to Chelsea this summer.

Despite admitting that there is interest in the player, Karl Jansen claims that any transfer is not likely to happen soon.

"Nothing is sure," he told the Evening Standard. "There is interest but it is not the time for all parties to say something about it.

"A lot of things are being said and written and it's a bit chaotic. From our side, we are just keeping quiet and we will see what happens."

Van Ginkel joined Vitesse's youth squad in 1999 before turning professional in 2010.
