Eden Hazard and Olivier Giroud are among the Chelsea starters for this afternoon's trip to Newcastle United.

Eden Hazard and Olivier Giroud are among the starters in a much-changed Chelsea lineup for this afternoon's trip to Newcastle United.

Cesar Azpilicueta, Andreas Christensen and N'Golo Kante are the only three men to retain their places from Wednesday's 1-1 draw with Huddersfield Town as Antonio Conte's side make a final push for the fourth Champions League spot.

Thibaut Courtois takes his place in goal after missing out in midweek through injury, while Ross Barkley, Gary Cahill, Emerson Palmieri, Tiemoue Bakayoko and Victor Moses also come in.

Rafael Benitez makes just one change for the hosts as Jacob Murphy replaces on-loan Kenedy, who is ineligible to participate against his parent club.

Islam Slimani remains unavailable through suspension, while Ciaran Clark and Christian Atsu are out due to injury.
