None of Arthur, Luis Diaz, Diogo Jota, Roberto Firmino or Virgil van Dijk will be back for Liverpool just yet, but Klopp is expecting Darwin Nunez to bounce back from an unspecified issue in time to line up against the Blues.
Nunez's return should see Cody Gakpo revert to a wide role as Fabio Carvalho makes way, while Kostas Tsimikas suffered a knock to the back at Molineux but was always expected to cede his place to Andrew Robertson.
Alisson Becker, Joel Matip, Mohamed Salah and Fabinho will also be among those to return, with the latter expected to come in for Stefan Bajcetic, despite the 18-year-old's impressive performance in the FA Cup.
Over at Cobham, Chelsea new boy Mudryk will be in contention to make his Blues debut, and he could potentially be pressed into action straight away, as Kai Havertz was not seen in training on Wednesday for unexplained reasons.
However, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is a more natural replacement for Havertz, and a full-capacity Chelsea treatment room still includes ex-Liverpool man Raheem Sterling alongside Wesley Fofana, Ben Chilwell, Christian Pulisic, Edouard Mendy, N'Golo Kante, Reece James, Armando Broja and Denis Zakaria.
Atletico Madrid loanee Joao Felix will serve the second of a three-game Premier League suspension after his sending off at Fulham, while Benoit Badiashile and Lewis Hall can both feel confident about keeping their places in the backline.

Bournemouth vs. Nott'm Forest (Saturday, 3.00pm)

Already lacking firepower in the final third, Bournemouth are expecting to be without first-choice forward Dominic Solanke again, as he struggles to overcome a knee injury which ruled him out of the defeat at Brentford. Therefore, Wales striker Kieffer Moore should start again.
Marcus Tavernier is still sidelined, while Jamal Lowe has been sent out on loan, but the Cherries have at least agreed a deal to sign Lorient winger Dango Ouattara, who will become the Bill Foley era's first arrival.
Set to move to England for a fee in the region of £20million, the 20-year-old has scored six goals in 18 Ligue 1 appearances this season. However, due to work permit issues, he is not available on Saturday.
Nottingham Forest's absentee list now features number one goalkeeper Dean Henderson, who was consigned to the treatment table until March after suffering a thigh tear last week; the vastly experienced Wayne Hennessey will deputise once again.
Willy Boly, Cheikhou Kouyate, Jesse Lingard and Moussa Niakhate are all out too, and Taiwo Awoniyi is now set to be unavailable to Steve Cooper for longer than initially expected. Forced off after scoring the winner against Southampton earlier this month, a groin problem may keep the former Union Berlin man out of contention for a few games yet.
In his absence, Brennan Johnson and Morgan Gibbs-White should partner each other in the visitors' attack, Johnson is now the club's joint-top scorer (four), while Gibbs-White has recorded as many assists (also four) as every other Forest player combined.

Leicester vs. Brighton (Saturday, 3.00pm)

One minor positive for Rodgers is that he did not witness any more players enter the treatment room at the City Ground, where a total of eight players missed out, including long-term absentees Ricardo Pereira, Ryan Bertrand, James Justin, Jonny Evans and Boubakary Soumare.
Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall and James Maddison should both have good chances of returning in a major boost for Rodgers, although Ayoze Perez is still touch and go.
The Spaniard could therefore be in with a chance of displacing Marc Albrighton on the right, while another toothless attacking performance from Jamie Vardy will benefit Patson Daka or Kelechi Iheanacho's chances of a recall to the first XI.
As for Brighton, Trossard has played his final game for the club having completed his move to Arsenal, while Levi Colwill is understood to be facing several weeks out with a quadriceps injury.
Polish midfielder Jakub Moder will take several more weeks out as he recovers from a knee injury, and thoughts are with former Brighton man Enock Mwepu, who retired in October following the discovery of a hereditary cardiac condition and was recently hospitalised in his native Zambia.
De Zerbi will certainly keep changes to a minimum, but Adam Webster is in line to deputise for the stricken Colwill, but Welbeck has done all that he can to displace 18-year-old Evan Ferguson at the tip of the attack.

Southampton vs. Aston Villa (Saturday, 3.00pm)

Southampton have no fresh injury or suspension concerns to report from the win over Everton, and Jones may even be able to welcome the trio of Theo Walcott, Alex McCarthy and Armel Bella-Kotchap back for Saturday, but none of them is likely to start.
Juan Larios and Valentino Livramento remain out of contention for the hosts, who handed Carlos Alcaraz his debut off the bench at Goodison Park following his arrival from Racing Club, but Jones may not consider the 20-year-old for a starting role just yet.
The hosts could very well name the same starting XI from their Merseyside success, but Sam Edozie was less impactful in that game and could find his spot under threat from Adam Armstrong or Sekou Mara.
As for Villa, ex-Saints striker Danny Ings replaced Ollie Watkins in the first half of Friday's win over Leeds due to an ankle issue for the latter, but he has since signed for West Ham United.
However, scans have revealed no significant damage to Watkins's ankle, and he could be fit to start after returning to training this week, therefore easing the pressure on Villa chiefs to get the signing of Jhon Duran from Chicago Fire over the line for the weekend.
Alex Moreno should be in line for his full Premier League debut after Lucas Digne came off with a shoulder injury after just 10 minutes last time out, joining Diego Carlos, John McGinn and Jed Steer on the sidelines.
Matty Cash and Ludwig Augustinsson are fit again, though, while Leander Dendoncker is back from suspension, and Jan Bednarek cannot play against his parent club.

West Ham vs. Everton (Saturday, 3.00pm)

With Danny Ings now in at West Ham, Michail Antonio and Gianluca Scamacca will be under pressure to find fitness and start firing for the Hammers.
The duo have scored a combined five goals in the Premier League this season, and the struggling Jarrod Bowen has only scored once from open play.
Having the best defensive record in the bottom half is their only solace, and getting Nayef Aguerd accustomed to the team and the league will only aid their cause.
Maxwel Cornet is the only injury absentee for West Ham.
Everton are expected to go with a back five again despite the defeat against Southampton, given how well it has worked when playing away from home.
The only place up for grabs will be in attack, where Dominic Calvert-Lewin's continued poor form could lead Lampard to look at other options from the outset.
Neal Maupay has not performed in an Everton shirt though, while Ellis Simms has barely featured since being recalled from Sunderland.
Andros Townsend and James Garner are back in training but will not feature in the team for another few weeks yet.

Crystal Palace vs. Newcastle (Saturday, 5.30pm)

Crystal Palace have lost centre-back Joachim Andersen to a calf injury which will likely keep him out for several more days, allowing Chris Richards to make his first Premier League start in midweek, but he was arguably fortunate not to have given away a penalty after a tangle with Scott McTominay.
Nathan Ferguson and James McArthur are keeping Andersen company in the treatment room, and Vieira may be tempted to tinker with his side despite the positive result against Man United, where Jean-Philippe Mateta started before being hooked before the hour.
Jordan Ayew and Eberechi Eze will be vying for recalls in the final third, although Will Hughes can feel confident of keeping his spot in the engine room.
As for Newcastle, jubilation soon turned to concern after Sunday's win over Fulham, where Bruno Guimaraes rolled his ankle and managed to make it to half time before leaving the field in tears and departing the stadium on crutches.
No timeframe has been placed on Guimaraes's return yet, but he is expected to remain out for a few weeks, joining Emil Krafth, Paul Dummett, Matt Targett and Jonjo Shelvey in the treatment room.
Joelinton - who started against Fulham despite a recent drink-driving charge - should revert to a midfield role in Guimaraes's absence, allowing the dangerous Allan Saint-Maximin to make a rare start out wide, and Isak will have Callum Wilson's number nine spot in his sights with Chris Wood on his way to Nottingham Forest.
