Saturday's Premier League predictions including Liverpool vs. Everton

Sports Mole provides score predictions for all of Saturday's Premier League fixtures, including the Merseyside derby between Liverpool and Everton.

Southampton vs. Chelsea (Saturday, 12.30pm)

Chelsea will be looking to make it six straight wins in all competitions when they continue their Premier League campaign away to Southampton on Saturday afternoon.

The Blues have picked up maximum points from their last four league matches to move into fourth position in the table, while Southampton have dropped to 13th following six straight losses in England's top flight.

We say: Southampton 0-1 Chelsea

Southampton are certainly capable of making it a difficult afternoon for Chelsea despite the fact that they are currently struggling for form. The Blues are on a bit of a roll at the moment, though, and we expect them to pick up another three points to hand their top-four hopes a huge boost.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 3.5 goals.

Burnley vs. West Brom (Saturday, 3.00pm)

West Bromwich Albion will be looking to keep their diminishing hopes of staying in the Premier League alive when they travel to Burnley on Saturday afternoon.

The Baggies are currently 19th in the table, 12 points behind 17th-placed Newcastle United on the same number of matches, while Burnley are 15th in the division, now eight points clear of the relegation zone.

We say: Burnley 1-1 West Bromwich Albion

West Brom were impressive against Man United last weekend, but it is difficult to back the Baggies in this match due to their struggles on the road this season. Burnley frustrated Fulham on Wednesday night, and we expect the Clarets to pick up another point on Saturday afternoon.

Our tipster partners are predicting a double chance bet on a home win or an away win.

Liverpool vs. Everton (Saturday, 5.30pm)

Merseyside rivals Liverpool and Everton lock horns for the 289th time on Saturday afternoon, with just one place and three points separating the two sides in the Premier League table.

The champions have plummeted to sixth place following a dramatic dip in form over the past two months, giving their neighbours from across Stanley Park the chance to move level on points with them this weekend if they can end their long Anfield hoodoo.

We say: Liverpool 2-1 Everton

This is the Premier League fixture with the most draws in history, but we expect there to be a winner on Saturday. Liverpool should take great belief from their win in midweek, while their results have not really matched their performances in the last two outings.

Everton's away form is far better than their recent record in general, but it is impossible to ignore their struggles in the derby, and in particular at Anfield, which stretch back more than 20 years.

This is also the fixture with the most red cards in Premier League history so do not be surprised if it ends with fewer than 22 players on the pitch, but when the final whistle blows we expect Liverpool to hold the bragging rights once again.

Our tipster partners are predicting a double chance bet on a home win or an away win.

Fulham vs. Sheff Utd (Saturday, 8.00pm)

Two teams in desperate need of a win as they battle to stay in the Premier League will lock horns at Craven Cottage on Saturday night as Fulham welcome Sheffield United.

Fulham are currently 18th in the table, six points from the safety of 17th position, while Sheffield United are bottom of the division, 14 points behind the Magpies with 14 games left to play in 2020-21.

We say: Fulham 1-0 Sheffield United

Fulham have been impressive in recent weeks and recorded a 3-0 win over Sheffield United when the two teams last locked horns at Craven Cottage in March 2018; it would not be a surprise to see the Cottagers play out another draw, but we fancy Parker's side to edge a tight contest in London.

Our tipster partners are predicting a double chance bet on a home win or draw.
