Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois hails "team effort"

Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois takes to Twitter to praise his teammates following Saturday's 2-1 win over Southampton in the Premier League.

Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois has said that the Blues' 2-1 win over Southampton in the Premier League on Saturday was down to a "great team effort".

The English champions trailed to a first-half Shane Long effort at St Mary's, but goals from Cesc Fabregas and Branislav Ivanovic continued Chelsea's unbeaten record in the league, which now stands at 11 matches.

The victory, which was Chelsea's ninth in the league this season, has moved the London team into 11th position in the table and now just five points off the top six.
