Andre Schurrle: 'Jose Mourinho has special personality'

Chelsea's new signing Andre Schurrle has described new manager Jose Mourinho as having a "special personality".

The Germany international is poised to become the Blues' first signing of the summer after Chelsea agreed a deal with Bayer Leverkusen.

"He really has an special personality and seems cool," Schurrle told Bild. "He met me during Michael Ballack's farewell game and told me 'It's through, you're my player.'"

The fee is said to be in the region of £18m.
