Premier League 'move Chelsea vs. Aston Villa clash to August 21'

The Premier League have announced that the league clash between Chelsea and Aston Villa has been moved to Wednesday, August 21.

The Blues, who are currently in the Far East for a pre-season tour, were originally due to take on the Midlands outfit on August 31.

The original schedule has had to be altered as the West London club are due to play in the UEFA Super Cup on August 30, according to BBC Sport.

Chelsea were granted a place in the Super Cup after winning the Europa League last season.
