Juan Mata reveals his delight after his goal seals a 1-0 victory for Chelsea away at Manchester United.

Chelsea attacker Juan Mata has described his side's 1-0 victory over Manchester United earlier today as a "very important win".

The Spanish international struck three minutes from time for the Blues, which in turn has put them in command of the race for Champions League places.

"It's a very important win. It was like a final. We have another great game next week. We will try to win and be closer to the aim of being third," he told Sky Sports News.

"We deserve to play in the Champions League next season. If we play together like we did today, I think we can do it."

On Wednesday night Chelsea will play host to London rivals Tottenham Hotspur, who are also in the hunt for a slot in next season's Champions League.
