Branislav Ivanovic urges Chelsea to keep focused following unbeaten start

Chelsea defender Branislav Ivanovic urges the team to stay "focused" after a five-match unbeaten start to the Premier League season.

Chelsea defender Branislav Ivanovic believes that it is crucial for the team not to get complacent after their unbeaten start to the season.

Jose Mourinho's side have secured four Premier League victories and one draw, which came in their last outing against Manchester City on Sunday.

At the moment, the Blues reside at the top of the league table with a three-point lead over Southampton.

"There are a lot of great teams and the season is long," the Daily Star quotes Ivanovic as saying. "You see the results and all the teams have great and bad moments.

"At the moment we look good, we look confident, but we know it's just five games. We still have to be focused and work hard. We have to push ourselves and make better results. We have to work hard every game."

On Wednesday night, Chelsea turn their attention to the Capital One Cup with a match against Championship side Bolton Wanderers.
